I grew up in Wisconsin. The custard here is amazing, the cheese curds are terrible and NOT Wisconsin style at all. Come for the custard. Skip the curds.

Motherland Wisconsin would be ashamed. Of the four cheeses listed to be on my sandwich, I could taste the rich, buttery flavor of none.

Not Wisconsin-style curds at all. And the "Wisconsin" beer is Leinie's and PBR. True Wisconsinites go to Kettle of Fish.
