A word of caution- the Kaymoor steps are long and strenuous. Bring water and a snack, and do not attempt them if you are not physically fit.
You can park at either Kaymoor top (new parking to open soon) or Long Point (and take short connector). Great single track, rolling, smooth super fun. Hit up Pies & Pints or Diogi's for apres pedal.

Great place to spend a day 'on the beach' with the kids. Free (pay to park), no lifeguards but roped off where water gets deep. Lots of boats, camping and great scenery.
