El chorizo y la morcilla están bien, pero el chuletón con mucha grasa y al punto está muy crudo. Los cuchillos no cortan.

Treat yourself here! These people know their meat, and they are very kind and welcoming. Any issue is resolved promptly. Argentinians are hard to beat in serving beat.

wow! Best steak I'v had in Valencia! Try the solomillo and follow up with one of the yummy deserts. Say hi to Fred the waiter and tell him Kyle sent you for a free glass of cava with your meal ;)
