Walk to the back. Take the door that says "Private" and walk up the stairs. You are welcome! It's places like this that makes NYC "cool". Oh and it's great for dates.

Pork pate sandwich is fair (esp if you enjoy peppercorn) , but get the mustard on the side, as it can overpower the pate.

Sangria and/or house-infused vodkas a must! The early bird gets to snag a booth and happy hour prices (till 9pm!) Great bar food til 10pm except Mondays for some reason!

Absinthe, Absinthe, Absinthe. I have blacked out every single time I've come here. One time after drinking the aforementioned cocktail, I saw two people humping in a parking garage. Weird night.

Go into Barranundi and head to the back of the room, where you’ll find a door marked “private.” Break the rules and head up the staircase into the speakeasy.
