Strictly instructed yoga practice. Very hot and challenging, but sweating felt good.
Great for scoliosis. Gives relief if you go as little as three times a week!
Be present, breathe and enjoy your 90 min. It feels great when you make it through!
- Girls wear sportsbra or tank tops and shorts, guys normally go topless.
