Due to the drought,there are trees that are unbeknownst to park goers,dead. Often large branches fall off the trees. Please beware. I’ve seen this happen and others have been injured.

My favorite cocktail in the area is The Sage Press at Park Chalet. Get it with either Junipero Gin,St George’s Terroir or Botanivore Gin. It’s better than it is with vodka.
Absolutely amazing bacon cheese burgers. Their shakes and curly fries are a must as well.
I love this spot for live shows. This is a great place to catch Hubba Hubba Revue for burlesque shows as well.
My favorite Caribbean restaurant in Oakland. The food is delicious and the location is comforting.
Swanky,dark and has great cocktails. This is an ideal bar to hit up if you want something more than divey.
I will always love this museum. I saw ‘The Starry Night’ by Van Gogh. It was one of the most magical experiences of my life.
