I can't even tell you what not to get. Tuna tartar is pure heaven, the scallops are sooo good, seared tuna and the swordfish... I can't pick my favorite. Worth every penny
Standouts include: swordfish with Swiss chard-white bean ragout, tomato-avocado salsa and green chilichorizo crumbles - See more at: http://flmag.com/canyon#sthash.1SgIYcEO.dpuf
No reservations and a small bar, but patience is worth it. Small plates way to go: tostadas are great and a good value. Skip the dumplings. Wash everything down w prickly pear margaritas!
This Southwestern-inspired restaurant has drink specials every day of the week! Stop by for Tequila Tuesdays, Wine Down Wednesdays or for Happy Hour Sun-Fri from 5:30-8:30pm.
Best restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, IMHO. The poblano pepper app is outstanding and save room for the signature desert. Definately a place for foodies. Ask for Jeff. He'll take care of you!
Place is too small so it gets too crowded easily. Not a place for claustrophobic people. Waiting time for table is 20-30mins. Other than that their prickly pear margarita & tuna tartare are the bomb!
The Prickly Pear Margarita was named Best Margarita by New Times Broward PB! Balance is key to the margarita and this specimen walks a tightrope of secret ingredients without faltering one bit
Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Incredibly fabulous food. They take no reservations, so get there early! Pricey, but worth every penny :)
The Canyon is awesome, just make sure to come dressed up or you'll end up like us and be put in THE DARK TABLE where no one can see you and your poor people clothes, then you'll have to use your phone
The Day-Glo pink of Canyon's Prickly Pear Margarita hints at the Hawaiian Punch flavors favored by college girls with bad fake IDs, but devotees swear by this balancing act of a beverage.
Wow wow wow. Prickly pear martini, black grouper, white chocolate bread pudding. Good better best. You won't stop thinking how amazing the food is for days.
I wouldnt consider the pear margharettis all that....they were ok and overpriced.....the meal was ok and of course again overpriced. The space was loud and cramped. I will not come back
