I like the bar and the ramen is exceptional. However, Chaplin's is still searching for an identity. Prohibition bar? Ramen place? Sort of a hip-hop vibe? It's all three.

Chicken A.S.S. was fantastic! Had a Lime Light to drink. Tart and tasty. Will be back.
Ramen so amazing. Go during the week when it's not overrun with the Virginia crowd.
