Wil JeudySeptiembre 27, 2016Whatever they use to smoke the brisket - wonderful. The fatty parts are heavenly, the lean parts are ok. I'm not a fan of pork ribs, but here they are terrific. Also great: come slaw, patio, service!

The brisket is top notch but the pulled pork holds its own. I'd put this pork up against anything the south has to offer.

Best BBQ around. And dont even think about adding sauce to the brisket, its already perfect
