RobertMayo 3, 2014Zeer luidruchtig en niet servicegericht personeel. Personeel heeft meer aandacht voor elkaar dan voor de klant. De manager heeft zijn handen vaker in zijn broekzakken dan onder een dienblad. Zonde.
