Peaman • Marzo 28, 2018The room is clean, and the staffs are very kind. It takes 5 min to go to Ginza 4 bus stop. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. One disadvantage is very slow WiFi connection.

Izalette • Septiembre 12, 2018The elevator kept stopping on the 2nd lobby floor (waste time). Cleaning team would leave all cleaning supplies outside the hallway, very messy. Room design is awesome: the toilet door is two way!

William S. • Agosto 19, 2014Great hotel to stay in Ginza if your main purpose is to shop. Single rooms might be very small, but the deluxe twin rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Tons of food around the hotel area.

Foodtraveler_theworld • Febrero 29To stay with comfort and have space for your luggage size 20’ -25’ inches or larger, I would recommend booking larger room. Staffs can speak English and the location is great for shopping and dining.
