Kazy • Noviembre 2, 2019とりそば 850円。自家製の極細ストレート麺145g。柔らかい鶏チャーシュー4切れ、鶏そぼろ、細切れのメンマ、白髪ネギ、かいわれ。鶏ガラと煮干しのダブルスープ。表面に鶏油が浮かび、黄金色に輝く。あっさりとしてながら、旨味が詰まっている。白髪ネギの上に添えられた柚子胡椒を溶かすと、爽やかさが加味される。鶏が苦手な人でなければ万人受けする、毎日でも食べれる飽きのこない一杯。

Hiroki K. • Febrero 21, 2022いつも少なからずならんでます。ネギチャーシューメン白(3枚) ¥1050。ネギが多いのは良いのだが、そのせいかスープぬる過ぎ。スープも最初ちょうど良くうまいが、進むにつれてめちゃくちゃ味濃過ぎて…。チャーシュー、めちゃうま♫ ニンニクやら生姜やら辛いのやらトッピングが沢山で楽しい。けっこう丼ものも一緒に頼んでる人みかける。
