NOIR • Mayo 3, 2016くず餅(570円)。関西の本葛の澱粉で作るくず餅とは違って、関東特産の小麦澱粉を使いますので、関西のくず餅とはまた風味が違います。本店裏にある工場で、小麦澱粉を亀戸の地下天然水を使用して15ヶ月発酵精製し、それを蒸し上げて 作っています。黒糖蜜はかなりの上品さ。黄粉の香ばしさも加わると最強ですね
