Taylor McKnight: Awesome neighborhood that feels like the Brooklyn to to the Bund's Manhattan

Taylor McKnight: Walk up, grab a basket, pick a bunch of skewers of awesome meat/veggies in it (about 2-4 RMB each) and hand it to cook. Wait 5 minutes, eat happiness.

Taylor McKnight: Bagels and coffee is delicious. My pick: butterscotch coffee (it's not too sweet) and a garlic bagel + chives cream cheese + red pepper, eaten open-faced like a bagel was meant to be eaten.

Taylor McKnight: Just what it says on the label, a tiny record shop + 4 stools and standing room. My favorite bar in the area. Awesome tunes, excellent conversations, great beer selection.

Taylor McKnight: Good quality, delicious poke bowls. Don't hesitate to add-on extra toppings and grab some awesome free stickers.

Taylor McKnight: Great pit stop for a juice/smoothie while walking around the neighborhood.

Taylor McKnight: Walk through the prop barber shop and turn left.

Taylor McKnight: Great place for burgers n beers or Sunday brunch. And right next to another huge beer bar if you are hopping around.

Taylor McKnight: Great open-air cafe with quality coffee, croissants and people watching.

Taylor McKnight: We really enjoyed the filling chicken shawarma plates. Lamb was really dry though.

Taylor McKnight: Hippie/artsy-type coffee shop that was fun to bar-hop through.

Taylor McKnight: #1 view in Shanghai for a reason, it's gorgeous.

Taylor McKnight: Post-Bund skyline viewing, go here for a happy hour beer to simply enjoy the insane decor.

Taylor McKnight: Cheap, fast and this place has been here for 80+ years. Get the skillet with a few of everything to share and a soup.

Taylor McKnight: Take this to/from the airport. It's the fastest commercial high-speed electric train in the world that cost $1.2 billion USD to build.
