- Raul GallegosSeptiembre 30, 2012We had a problem with a rental. The service center kept giving us conflicting information. We did not get reimbursed for our taxi ride back to the airport.
- Be a gold member so you don't have to wait, there's always a line! But they're very friendly!
- Awful Hertz location, doesn't have cars or your name on the Gold board half the time. Also won't let you use the general line if you are a gold member, even if no one is in it and gold has 10 people.
- Gold membership has its privileges! Just get in and go!

- Probably the worst Hertz for arriving passengers in the country. Be prepared to see every other shuttle at least 4 times before you get picked up
- Allen CJunio 21, 2013Worst Hertz in the country by far! Over ten minute wait times for shuttles! I hate this place!!!!
- Not the best Hertz location. Service is pretty sloppy.
