Kirsten ElinDiciembre 22, 2013There was a slight problem upon check in with room and without even having to complain they upgraded us to two connecting rooms, the second free of charge, instead of one. Awesome hotel.
The customer service at this hotel is impeccable. They spoil me every time I stay here with cookies, wine and handwritten notes.
