Awesome staff (especially Evan, thanks for bringing us some birthday wine), comfortable quirky rooms, and having a Starbucks connected to the lobby came in handy. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Love the toiletries here, vv green and energy responsible hotel... Service is good too. Starbucks next door. Free wifi. No restaurant or bar in the place. Very unusual, boutique and quirky... LOVE IT

Beds are very comfortable. The building is old so you can hear the ceiling squeaks as people are stomping over your head. We have received a bottle of Champagne for our honeymoon. That was nice:)

This hotel is just wonderful! Yes it's on a busy street (don't leave your window open at night), It's in a GREAT location, awesome food and art at every turn, staff is AMAZING. GREAT Value!

Super close to Union Square, next to bunch of restaurants, very chic & the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay here again & their affiliated hotels. Oh and cold sake served everyday 5-7pm

Hotels.com 25% discount for 3+ night stay. 9 nights. no complaints. if you get a Geary St room, don't leave your windows open at night. trash men come at 4am. Stockton & Sutter garage is a bargain.

Nice decor, very small room, comfortable bed, nice flat screen tv w/ limited channels. For sake hour, the sake is watered down, but hey, it's free. Limited "egg" brunch menu by Colibri Mexican Bistro.

Okay. A good location. But, this hotel is so noisy. I even can hear the music playing (and what they are chatting) from the other building and rooms every night! Gosh.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great to have Starbucks downstairs as soon as you exit elevator. Great location!

Really comfortable bed and great location. But the blue lights in the elevator are just plain weird. I don't think it would lose its diva-ness if they switched them out for some warm white lights.

Nicely furnished hotel - slept like a baby. Awesome location near Union Square! The Starbucks entrance in the lobby was a huge plus!

Got a good rate, rooms where clean but ours had no view (brick wall an arms length out). Fitness center was small but ok equipped.

Nice staff, free wi-fi, sent gifts to our door just for tweeting with them! Fire escape doors on each floor should not be wide open as a child could fall out.

Ummm, well, I guess... It's ok! $35 parking a night, small rooms, smelly fitness center, crumby view... Nice location... Center of union square!
