Great guides but if my outing is indicative, groups are way too big. Ideally 7-8 riders and we had almost 20.
The royal kitchen is a must-see. Not generally in use anymore although the prince’s 50th birthday celebration was recently catered out of here.
Horses are not here from June thru end of August but still worth seeing the stables if you are checking out the palace.
Delicious pickled herring sandwich. Supposedly you must have a reservation to get in (even if the place is half empty). Not sure I would consider this a “must” eat here spot.
