Juan AyalaJunio 3, 2011Take the airtransporter shuttle bus back to the city. At $15.75 its cheaper than a cab and drops you off at grand central or port authority!
Terminal two is bad. Check in at terminal 4.. Shop and eat then hop on the shuttle back to terminal 2
Use air train if you want to move between the terminals.
Good luck come in plenty of time the airport is in chaos, very little signage or direction I am a Delta Diamond member and I received zero assistance from Delta employees.

No pre-check at Terminal 1 so make sure to arrive early!
Not the friendliest airport, but it does have a more efficient TSA ID check than other airports like New Orleans.

Bella MDiciembre 31, 2016Delta is not a good airline to fly with. After making me miss my connection they downgraded my flight status when I should be upgraded ! Will never fly with hen again .
If you need a place to do salah, try the musalla in Terminal 4.

Terminals are inconsistent, T5 is quite good.
