John Kraft: It was good. Service a bit slow, but my smash burger was good with lightly battered fries. Wife like Matador, bacon, jam burger ok & really like the crispy house-made chips.
John Kraft: A nice basket deal for lunch with fried Georgia wild shrimp, slaw & sidewinder fries. Wife got same, but with fish & baked potato. We divvied up to make our own combo. Friendly service.
John Kraft: Got an everyday special pulled pork sandwich with slaw & iced tea for a late lunch with grandson. Kid’s meal comes with nice pork sandwich, chips & a kid drink. Good deal & friendly service.
John Kraft: Attended for a Paulding Chamber-related meeting, not for church services, but looks like a really nice facility. Check them out this Sunday.
John Kraft: Get the FatBoy burger (original was a couple $ cheaper as a lunch special). Comes with big spiral-cut fries called Sidewinders. Wife & her sis split 10 wings (5 buffalo/5 garlic-parm & said good).
John Kraft: I’ve seen Brandi’s for years but never @ the right time, so stopped on a whim. Slaw dog, O-rings & a very large ice tea - thumbs up. They gave a chili sample to try - good but as spicy as they warned.
John Kraft: A nicely restored throwback pharmacy/soda shop/restaurant with lots of memorabilia. It trades on the town legend of the “hugging” apparition. Good burger, French dip, club sandwich, etc.
John Kraft: It was good, though expectations were too high. I had the trifecta w/French toast & scrambled eggs (“good”), bacon (perfect) & berry compote (very good). Wife’s bacon avocado omelette also “good.”
John Kraft: Had fried shrimp souvlaki over Greek potatoes, w/ pita & tzatziki sauce. Wife said should’ve had grilled - prob, but fried was good too. She had Mediterranean Grouper. Beautifully prepped & delicious.
John Kraft: A late morning visit after a medical appointment, I picked a powdered sugar crème-filled. I think a Lady Jane? Very good but very sweet. Lots of choices so I’ll try something different next time.
John Kraft: Your standard Cookout. Good “Tray” deals with main option (burgers, hot dogs, bbq, chicken), 2 sides, huge drink for about $7. Good tea, milkshakes & more.
John Kraft: Hadn’t been in years. Get the personal size Meatasaurus (photo). Note - it has a little spice in the sausage. Or get the Peaceful Garden if you prefer veggie. Lots of other choices. Good tea.
John Kraft: A nice mini-museum detailing Acworth’s history. Free & open to public, there are no attendants in the 1-room building, but it’s video monitored. A-V displays take you through multiple vignettes.
John Kraft: Nicely restored as a self-serve, free mini-museum, air conditioned & monitored by camera, descriptive posters line the walls, telling Acworth’s history, Dixie Highway, the city’s railroad past & more.
John Kraft: Stop in not just for the free sampling cookie bar, but also to learn the fascinating history that brought this one-time cookie shanty to international fame. Scotch Oatmeal still the king.

John Kraft: Come for the coffee, stay for the breakfast. Try the Barnard St. Breakfast - the most traditional with eggs, meat & waffle. Very good. Pastries look good too. This is wife’s all-time fave coffee.

John Kraft: Classic visitor destination in Historic Savannah. Redeveloped in 70s/80s, the thriving pedestrian scene has shops, restaurants, bars, hotels & more. There is car traffic down the cobblestones too.
John Kraft: Delicious with great service. First visit since we lived here 16 yrs. ago. Sadly, 4-days later (Aug 2022), the restaurant burned. Unsure of its future at this point.
