    I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE! Took my girlfriend here for her birthday today and man! We tried the bacon tasting plate and loved it. I ordered the 45 bone in ribeye and it was amazing!

    The quality of the food here is amazing. Had a breakfast burger with an English muffin and fried egg. The salsa verde fries are crazy good and the best tomato soup I have ever had.

    Avocado fries?! Yes, please. Splurge and get an awesome cut of meat, after viewing the meat locker. Get the bacon tasting. This place represents Texas well - steak, steak, bacon and steak!

    The steaks are great, but the crispy pig's haunches served family-style w/homemade corn tortillas is an experience. Plus: Ham. Tasting. Board. Knife also has room service for the great Highland hotel.

    Excellent Chef, John Tesar. Remember this: Knife Steakhouse has ribeye steaks that are dry-aged 240 days. Say flavor! Open til 12mid on weekends. @kurtwvs

    If you love charcuterie, get the plate here. The Tuna Tartare is another great way to start, and I like to go Old School on the menu with the Ribeye.

    Steak and fries is a classic combination, but you can shake that up and get at least one serving of vegetables with Tesar's creamy and crispy avocado fries.

    Went there for my 25th wedding anniversary and it was fabulous! Had the onion soup,filet,fries and okra. Also really nice wine selection.

    Not bad, but I wouldn't go back if I was paying (I don't think it was worth the money). The menu has some outrageously pricey items like the $1400 bottle of wine or $200 steak!

    The dry aged pork chop was disappointing! Way too much fat! The manager did discount the meal by 30%. Service was also sub par. I might come back but will definitely be ordering steak!

    You have not lived if you have not tried their Bacon tasting plate. Comes with 5 strips of most delicious bacon.
