jennifer milliganDiciembre 16, 2012Go here! All the food is home cooked and buffet style. Everything was delicious and the waitresses are dressed like from the americana revolutionary time period. All very polite and good service
J CAgosto 16, 2016Fried Chicken! There is also broiled chicken and pulled pork. Authentic southern cuisine. Not for the faint hearted, you need to be hungry to really enjoy this place. DavidNoviembre 6, 2016Visited here back in September of 2013 and I loved the old colonial atmosphere inside. This place serves (in my opinion) best fried chicken anywhere in the US. They also have good desserts.

Jane FriedmanOctubre 14, 2014A cheerful place to get lunch and shop a little if you're visiting Monticello or doing a vineyard tour. Definitely for tourists; don't expect more than solid country cooking. Good for families.

HISTORYAgosto 9, 2010William Michie built this home in 1772 & by the late 1770s had many travelers asking for room & board. In 1784 he received a license to charge for food & beds after building a tavern.
