Lessons, private or group, with Tim, Jeronie, or Vassilly are worth every penny!
Try a Yoga Booty Ballet class. Dance, sweat, ballet, yoga and tons of positive motivation.

Boot camp with Eric and Carl is the best group fitness at the club...bar none.

Ian ScottAgosto 31, 2017Do not join. It's a money grab and the management is unresponsive. Used the bait and switch to get members during construction promising a rate lock and free parking, now won't honor.
Restaurant menu is terrible and overpriced (as is all food), kids club requires reservations (ugh), cramped free weight area (and no clock?)...nice otherwise
