Best neighborhood liquor store in Kansas. Great selection of curated beers, and it is fun to make your own six pack. Jeff (the owner) is there during the days and is fun to chat with.
The Pig now features Intelligentsia coffee; this is an amazing quality roaster from Chicago and the Pig is the only place in Kansas you can drink it.
The French Press and Chemex preparations are a really great and bring out a lot of unique flavors in the various coffees. Fun to try different brewing methods and beans.
