- The Corcoran GroupAbril 22, 2014We love this cozy and inviting coffee shop, mainly for its awesome pastries, iced coffee, and library in the back - making this the ideal place to get some serious work done.
- Nas BenaliSeptiembre 14, 2014Get a flat white ($3.75) and go find yourself a seat in the back. Very cozy and comfortable. I could spend the whole day here. You can grab a book to read from the library or use the free wifi.
- Gajtana SimonovskaMarzo 25, 2016I used the Cups app for a cold brew after work, which was very good. $8 for any of their thoughtful selection of wine. Record collection and books in the back= super cozy.
- Ms HeleneJunio 1, 2015Smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber sandwich on fresh wheat bread but cold $10, soy cap $4.25 and cozy seating in back. Skip GF almond biscotti and over buttery choc chip cookie.
- Camilo GaviriaJunio 19, 2015This coffee shop has an amazing identity, coffee, pastries, and atmosphere! If you are looking for a real NY coffee shop experience, then this must be at the top of your list! Oh, and it's cheap too!
- JRSSSeptiembre 26, 2014There's a nice, cozy, living room like room in the back with comfortable sofa and armchairs and books. Interesting selection of teas. The coffee is fresh and testy, but somewhat pricey.
- Chai Tea Lattes are so yummy! They’re on the sweeter side, so if you’re sensitive to that, ask for reduced sugar. Also, the bathroom code is 4249.
- Shkumbin MustafaAbril 16, 2014it has it all. Great coffee, rare music collection, one-of-a-kind ambience, and cool owners. if you live around this area this is the best place to call a second home. try chocolate chip cookies..

- Lou AllenMayo 3, 2015One of the best coffee shops I've been to on my trip to New York. Loads of space, decent latte, fast wifi. Love the decor. The front is good for working, but the library is good for relaxing
- Drip coffee, fresh bakery and even almond milk. Communal table in front great for meetings. Back library perfect for relaxed reading. Could use more seating, but for Midtown East this is a real cafe.
- Greg SchaentzlerFebrero 10, 2017Amazing coffee, cool ambiance, perfect for a coffee date or your usual every morning. If you stay, they usually throw in a cookie as well. Rewards card is a nice bonus as well.
- Samiha KhanSeptiembre 27, 2014The coffee here is alright, but if you're looking for a place to study or get work done there's a small library in the back. It's fairly quiet and there are comfortable couches. Love this place!
- Chris MessinaSeptiembre 19, 2016Cozy spot with free Wi-Fi, an energetic vibe, seats for working -- and a decent selection of sandwiches for noshing.
- Serious EatsMarzo 6, 2014This coffee shop carries a greatest hits list of pastries from great bakeries around the city.
- Yejee Arin ChoiNoviembre 3, 2015You may walk by thinking this is another small, cramped coffee shop but it has bookshelves in the back and lots of chairs (for new york standards) AND they open late (9pm) on weekdays!
- SooaDiciembre 24, 2014I love the sofa at the back. After lunch it turns into a hang out/interview(?!) spot. Seems like they use real chocolate for hot choco. not too heavy or sweet. Great ambience but not enough plugs
- Thomas MoAgosto 14, 2014My favorite coffee shop in the city. Grab a coffee and relax in the back library, or buy one of the many pastries they carry from the best bakeries in the city.
- Andrew CafourekJulio 28, 2016Busy and loud upfront. And while it may be hard to find a spot in the back, if you get one, it's quiet and cozy.
- Noah WeissJunio 17, 2014The most trendy coffee shop in midtown? La Colombe cappuccinos with fast free wifi, comfy couches, and oversized lamps.
- John AOctubre 4, 2014Coffee is good without bitter bite, walk to the back for seating on large leather sofas, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are thin and tasty.

- John JayNoviembre 17, 2014Great coffee shop. Love the frittata sandwich. But they pour their cortados like lattes. Waaay to much milk, makes the espresso diluted. Be warned fellow cortado fans
- Lauren MacOctubre 8, 2015Adorable library and sitting area in the back that I could camp out in all day. May return to UES just for this cute spot -- and I live below 14th!
- Djaniella D.Abril 13, 2015This place is a hidden gem - cozy atmosphere, friendly baristas, and good coffee!
- RAgosto 22, 2014Lots of seating in front and the library in the back is ideal and cozy for reading and working. Iced cold brew isn't bad, haven't tried others (yet).
- DoubleDeuceEnero 28, 2015If you can snag a seat in the back, then be comfortable and enjoy it for a long while. You're own study full of books and warm-colored woods.

- coffee so good and service is good too! I love the space, very different from other midtown cafes.
- Pauline PAgosto 21, 2015I think I found my new favorite coffee shop. Love the ambiance of the place. Nice cozy seating in the back and communal table in the front.
- Harumi UAgosto 23, 2014La Colombe coffee at dark library where they play record music. They also have wide array of food. I just wish those wifi-freebie only people don't take up seats...
- Carlos DuarteFebrero 19, 2017Em meio a tantos Starbucks, eis aqui um espaço diferenciado em NY, com opções de cafés não industrializados... Ambiente totalmente intimista, ótimo para bater um bom papo... Um delicia...
- Jake SAbril 23, 2017Be wary: there are no permanent cups or mugs here. At least on the Sunday I visited the guy behind the register was surly and indifferent -- perhaps he was hungover? Still, the single-origin is good
- My favorite coffee shop in NYC. I love coffee, food and their music taste & spatial atmosphere. Bonus:they're welcoming people with laptops.
- Beth BatesAbril 1, 2014Delicious muffins from blue sky bakery in Brooklyn and friendly baristas--feels like a downtown coffee shop transplanted to midtown east.
- Katie NittiEnero 24, 2015Flat white and Corrado are my favorite. Library in the back less crowded on weekends.

- Julie MelilloAgosto 17, 2015My fav cafe. One of the few that has whole cream (not just whole milk) to put in your coffee. Great ambiance.
- Nicole SerratoreJunio 3, 2015Needed a midtown, mid-day spot to conduct an interview. Plenty of space to sit. A little noisy with music but finding a place during the lunch rush that had space was a challenge.
- Maria VazquezJulio 22, 2016A tad pricey but it's good quality coffee. The staff are friendly and efficient. Love their iced chai latte!
