There are 2 Racks of free weights with 2 sets of each weight type and a seperate set of weights on the upper cardio floor in a corner for those doing weight training with a persobal trainer
This gym is kind of cool. it's mad cheap, so. Also, they are a gym and yet they have bagel Mondays and pizza Wednesdays lol...- This gym is always staffed really well. Everything is always clean and working well.

Apparently Sundays are the day to go...was pleasantly surprised when I went there a few weeks ago and it was just about empty.
Huge space. Weekend mornings are nice and empty. Showers are often filthy and not many of them.
Someone said there's no area for stretching or push-ups, which I thought at first too, but there's two small areas on the far wall of the cardio floor.
Avoid 5-9 pm at all costs. And theres no room to stretch or do sit-ups/push-ups. If all you want is a treadmill or elliptical, and a machine weights, then it's a great deal for $10/month.

As with any gym, come early in the morning to avoid the rush. This place gets packed afterwork.

- In the Summer, there's a built-in sauna! It's called the main gym floor.
Limited free weights. No benches. All smith or hammers. No one re racks weights. But it is a nice looking gym.
Wear as much clothing as possible.. Lol!!! Unless you want attention.. :)
This place is now open 24 hours 7 days a week.
AntonioJunio 20, 2012you could not ask for a better gym state of the art equipment and only $10 dollars a month- This place could use a few more dumb bells and free weights. Not bad for a cheap neighborhood gym.
Go early in the morning or late at night for less traffic
For some reason you're only allowed to wear baseball caps on the exercise floor. No scarfs, etc? Confusing.
Go in the wee hours of the morning. Not crowded and no eye rape.
$10 monthly memberships, no annual contract. Can't complain.
Early morning workout , now off to bed
To many lunks throwing weights, hogging all the dumbells and leaving them wherever. Dont be assholes.
