I had dealt with art snobs at my gallery job but the juxtaposition of this concept, neighborhood and whatever I seemed to be, threatening the manager so much as to not serve me...New Yorkers no?
I don't know. I was not given a chance, but I'm seeing now in reviews where it is kind of a tourist prop? I had just gotten off work.10pm asked if the kitchen was open and was treated asif I had 3 hds
Trying not to be overly critical here but this is your run of the millbar in midtown. I wouldn't recommend to go here but I wouldn't advise to actively avoid either. More expensive than it deserves.
This might be the last time I come. Bug in my water, hair in my food. The waitstaff wasn’t super friendly and the fish & chips I got seemed to be re-fried and too hard.
Beer is good. Service does the best they can (hopefully) but fails. Food sucks hairy beanbag. Ketchup is generic no label paint thinner. Net - net over priced waste of time. Pathetic experience.
This is a place where you can relax – where the atmosphere is warm, the people lively and the food appetizing. A true Irish American bar and restaurant.
