Wow! The New Tokyo Style Shoyu was phenomenal. I normally don’t enjoy mushrooms in broth but this was delicious. I also appreciate the vegetarian options. This place is a must try!

Incredible, flavorful ramen. Clean flavors that leave you feeling full but still light. My favorite is the Chicken Shio, add some chili powder for spice. New best ramen in LES 🍜

Their New Tokyo Style Shoyu has a wonderful truffle soy sauce flavor that is very light. The pork chashu had a charred flavor from the grille that melts on your mouth. Yumm!

Tokyo ramen was amazing. I thought I wouldn’t be into the truffle but I took a risk and I’m so happy I did! The truffle was extremely light and added incredible flavor. Will get again
