El servicio es excelente! y la zona de alberca y playa son un espectáculo de relajación inigualable : )- Excelente ubicación.. Servicio en la playa, muy amables, sobre todo las personas del desayuno. N la noche, para los sin niños, una barra que parece entretenida en la entrada del hotel. Nice place!
Muy linda decoración en las habitaciones como en los sectores de usos múltiples, el aire es muy fuerte en los pasillos q van hacia las habitaciones, la pileta es muy chica para el tamaño del hotel

- Beautifull and clean rooms, fancy mini bar, 2 TVs, complementafy water witch gets refilled every day, fruit at the reception is a nice touch :)!
Deco is nice, location is great, no courtesy coffee and 20$ martinis though. We got upgraded to a bigger room on SPG gold member. A little stingy with the products, you need to ask for a refill.

If you're put in an adjoining room, ask to be moved immediately. The flimsy doors make it like sharing a room with strangers. Unless you're into listening to strangers bang... I don't know your life.

Renovations are finished. The hotel has a warm feel, staff is great, and the restaurant is fabulous!- MaddieMarzo 19, 2015Rooms are a bit small but the interior is well decorated. Finished are just a bit under par. Pool a bit crowded. But overall, a nice spot and not plagued by spring break trolls.

Great location. Nice vibe. Poor service at the Florida Cookery. It appears that they have one kitchen servicing multiple restaurants. Waited 20 mins for a cup of coffee.
