Much less likely to hit a line if you enter the Met through this entrance. Puts you right under the Greco-Roman and European painting and India/Middle East galleries, a quick elevator ride up
I've had the agnello (lamb) twice and didn't love it either time. Thin sliced meat on top of some kind of cheese grits with an oily sauce. Not visually appealing and not delicious.
Cafeteria style and the better for it. Load up some burnt ends and sit at the car and drink some beer and bourbon.
The poison garden is tremendous fun. Great views as well. But in winter the museum is quieter and even more friendly.
Excellent Sardinian choices, a nice version of Italian. Great pastas. Reasonable wines. I wish for more vegetarian options.
