I recommend the Hot Power Hour class at lunchtime: you get a good workout and a bit of meditation to sail through the afternoon back in the office
Get there early for evening classes to get a good spot in the heat and say hello to the teachers hanging out at reception
There are some brilliant teachers here, all with their own style. It's worth trying a few different classes to find the one(s) that suit you.
It's one of the most intense pilates workouts you'll find. You will be working muscles you never knew you had, on this rather ridiculous looking gadget called the reformer. A full body workout....I'

Bridget's Thursday Anusara is excellent, she is a total legend! Monday nights w/ Amme are also great, a bit more athletic. And Kundalini w/ Amir is rad, super meditative. Love this place.
