Good dueling piano bar! The ribeye was really good for a barsteak. Poboys are excellent and they're open late to serve food. Our waitress was awesome as well!
By far the best time I had in NOLA. Deuling pianos until 1, great drinks, divey atmosphere. The waitresses in sweatpants and corsets were a little strange, so don't come here for the eye candy.
Fun bar, one of the better ones on Bourbon. Watch a dueling piano show, or get straddled and spun on a barber chair with a drink poured down your throat, or give the big skull a high-five!
Great bar!! We had a great time, the drinks were delicious and they have some pretty awesome bar food. Not to mention the three musicians were unbelievably talented and entertaining.
Great service, live pianojazz music, good selection of beers. Funny barber chair shots (ask the waitress). The pink drink (cant remember its name) was too sweet said my wife.
Though the ambiance is very touristy, the dueling pianos guy is actually a hoot. If you're a fan of root beer and can handle sweet drinks, the Barber Beer is nice to try.
An awesome bar redone by Jon Taffer on Bar Rescue. The resurrection drink is good, dont drink more than one though. The glass is cool to take down the street with you.
Plenty of Resurrection cups and drinks to go around. We still have the Turtle but it has not replaced it. The menu has improved and we have live music every night. Just clarifying!
Found out from the bartender that this was just on "Bar Rescue" Literally hours ago it was called TurtleBay. Live band, tasty signature drink in a spiffy glass,& if you like Captain Morgan come here!
The Resurrection was super yummy and even had a jalapeño inside! The dueling piano was kind of strange though, they were asking for money more than they were singing.
Kinda stinks when you walk in, looks more run down than it did on Bar Rescue and had an awful band playing but the Resurrection drink was delicious and worth going in! It had a spicy kick to it.
As a Bar Rescue junkie I had to go. Resurrection was good but the cup was down-scaled :-( Friendly staff. Dirty but it was 6am on Fat Tuesday so duh. Nothing special but worth it for Taffer fans.
Worst service. I had to go to the bar to get my check for my dinner. Then the waitress waited there until I was done signing it which felt award. Great gumbo.
Spirits on Bourbon is in the heart of the French Quarter on the world-famous Bourbon Street! While it features a huge variety of specialty drinks, our fun and friendly staff will be happy to mix up anything you desire! Locals love our Gumbo too!
