2 levels of seating and an open air pavilion style create too much visual pollution to lose yourself in the work when sitting in upper gallery, so sit downstairs if possible.
Our 2 hour ride with Charlotte was phenomenal. We had riders as young as 9 and she patient, knowledgeable and fun. Horses and trail were also fantastic. Highly recommended.
