    The architecture. It is so contemporary and unique. I go to a lot of hotels and I liked the fact that this is different in most parts.

    Great hotel if you're wit kid. The Kids Suites are awesome. Entire hotel and grounds well kept. Staff if more than helpful and ready for anything you may need. We will stay here again.

    Too good hotel to stay only for Universal studio visit. The Front Yard, pool and bar, fireplace at the lobby, all makes this hotel very comfortable and pleasant stay.

    One of the nicer Holiday Inn's - My main issue w/ hotel is the noise level coming from the nearby freeway. The hotel itself is cool - nice setup - a pool and exercise room and coffee shop/bar.

    Part of the new movie "Guilt Trip" was filmed at the this hotel, I think it is a great hotel. very nice staff, and a member of the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber.

    Very nice heated pool (shame closes at 11). Good onsite restaurant and very good service all around.

    Wonderful meeting location, small rooms to the ballroom, super staff to work with on planning your event. Highly recommend this great Hotel.

    Great place! Staff seems very nice and friendly. Always ask for discounts and special rates @ the front desk! Very close to Universal, as well.

    Excellently done remodel, bringing Cali-Ranch into North Hollywood. Elegant within reach, and cozy.

    Very nice staff. You might ask for a room further from the freeway noise, if that bothers you.

    It's the worst wifi I have ever seen in a hotel. When staying here, keep in mind you will need the extra speed for almost $9 per device/user.
