Their boneless skinless chicken breast is literally sweet. Their lunchmeat is all I'll eat and their house bacon is the best bacon I've ever tried

They have way more to offer than what's in the case.
Great selection of all natural meats. Unbelievable sausages. Best ground meat (full fat) I've ever had.

John RasoEnero 18, 2010It's expensive but top quality. Compensate a bit for the cost by asking the butchers to prep the meat for you (e.g. pound out cutlets, butterfly a bird, skin a chicken, etc.)

We’re a whole animal butcher shop located in Brooklyn, NY specializing in local meat from small family farms located in New York state. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass finished and our pork and lamb is raised on pasture exactly the way you think it should be.
