A beautiful upscale mall with high-end retail stores and some of the most expensive restaurants in New York City. The view of Central Park from the 2nd or 3rd floor is absolutely gorgeous

The fancy NYC mall. Lots of upscale stores, but not pretentious. Bouchon Bakery is a great spot for a quick sandwich or pastry.
James McCueNoviembre 13, 2011I second the clean bathroom tip someone else left. If you are in the area and have to go to the can go to the third floor instead of the second floor. Tourists always seem to outnumber shoppers, but there are some stores here that have sales from time to time.
Despite the high-end look/feel, can find the usual mall bargains in the chains. Certainly nice place to shop & the BEST Whole Foods in NYC!
Fantastic public restrooms, but be sure to use the ones on the 3rd floor; the 2nd floor ones aren't as nice.

If you are lucky enough to work here, you get a discount to almost every store in the mall. Discounts can range from 10-20%
The only mall I know of with a Michelin starred food court. Only in New York kids...

Great mall-like shopping without feeling like you're trapped in a mall. Also a good cut through to get Home AC on a walk home. LOL
