Normally weekends and early mornings don't necessarily go hand in hand in my book but when they do I definitely make the trek to grab a Tigertail or various Filled Donuts from here.
Weekends are for spending money and whenever I have extra cash it always goes to my comic addiction. At least 20% off cover price off all graphic novels and TPB.
If it's lunch time then you can go wrong with a visit to Tropicana. IMO better then Portos. Great sandwiches and dishes and exceptional desserts! All fairly affordable too.
I've been coming here all my life. When I think of authentic Chinese I think Kim Tar. No one has better noodle soup then here.
If you're feeling adventurous then track down the Kogi BBQ Truck. I think your best bang for your back is their burritos. They're a little piece of heaven for me.
As far as treats are concerned we've definitely come around on stocking up on whatever goodies we find here.
I'm still not over the yogurt phenomenon. Still find comfort in Yogurtland and am always surprised with how cheap it ends up being.
Being a night owl, finding a place that is open late is a tall order. But find a place that is open late you can actually chill in is a god send. I definitely like unwinding in this place.
I guess it has to do with being inside the mall but the lines are never that bad here.
