James PickeringOctubre 23, 2016If you are a saki lover, this is probably the best and most diverse menu in Manchester - about 5 pages of varieties. Great sushi as well - a platter should be enough for two.
Fresh wasabi & ginger; Great banana tempura & Matcha tempura ice-creams & top of it all, don't miss out their wilted greens with peanut miso dressing!

The sushi platter is more than enough for two but get the salmon teriyaki as well. It's delicious!

Its quality over quantity at Umezushi compared to nearby Wasabi. But what attention to detail; pickles, wasabi, and ginger are first rate as well as the fish.
