Jesse Johnston: Authentic, delicious Thai food right across the street from MIT. Try the red curry with rice! Yum.

Jesse Johnston: The drive thru can take a while and seems busy most any time of day or night, but the burgers and special sauce make it all worthwhile. Ask for a double double protein style with extra sauce!

Jesse Johnston: Incredible lattes at comparable prices to the big guys (Peet's, Starbucks, etc). They also offer numerous cows milk alternatives such as almond and soy milk, and an expansive array of syrup flavors.

Jesse Johnston: While not as expansive as the Mountain View Farmer's Market, I find the produce on offer here to be more fresh and the selection wider, plus the best local farms who sell in MTV also have tents here.

Jesse Johnston: Lowes offers the same (if not better) selection as the Home Depot down the road, but does so in a better lit, less warehousey environment. They also offer a rewards program, so be sure to sign up!

Jesse Johnston: Donate your gently used goods here! Parking is near impossible, but pull up with your hazards and the Goodwill crew will be happy to help you unload your car.

Jesse Johnston: The Palo Alto location definitely has better tasting food than it's sister store in Los Altos, however the seating is extremely limited (not that it takes long to eat a taco in the first place).

Jesse Johnston: Parking can be difficult, but this Peet's offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with complimentary WiFi to boot.

Jesse Johnston: Not necessarily a destination of sorts, but if you happen to be in the area, it's definitely worth a quick visit (especially at night) to look down on all of beautiful Silicon Valley!

Jesse Johnston: Authentic German bakery with incredible breakfast omelettes and sausages.

Jesse Johnston: One of the best local coffee shops in Silicon Valley, with arguably one of the most caffeinated cups available. Couple an almond/soy milk latte with a gluten-free coffee cake, and enjoy the free wifi!
