Great old fashioned here... and keep an eye on the "paintings" hanging from the walls as their eyes shift their gaze around the room.
I dunno how often they change up the "seasonal pizza" on the menu, but as of January 2014 the "chili-base, broccoli-sauce, four-cheese pizza" is one of the most delicious things I've eaten in forever.
I joked about ordering the "sausage sampler" (aka all 15 diff sausages) and my buddy said he did that once (with a group of friends!) and it was amazing. (ps. cold sausages for take-away are 50% off)
Apparently all the Texas kids go nutty over the Tex-Mex queso ("it's super authentic!). A-okay with me... as long as I can dip my chipz in it.
The omakase here is insane. Maybe best sushi I've had in the USA. Be sure to ask to try all the diff types of uni & eat something that's been blowtorched. (pic = wagyu, btw)
Classiest place for breakfast in the hood. Sure, the bacon egg & cheese sandwich is $13, but is a reeeaaaallllyyy good $13 breakfast sandwich :)
Though Jacksonville, FL is the largest city by land area in the continental U.S., its airport is relatively small. It was also one of the first airports to provide free wi-fi, per the JAX website.
