Buen brunch. Los huevos benedictinos son lo que deberían ser. Las papas que vienen en el scrambled egg son realmente sabrosas

Sit at the chef's counter for brunch if you can. Small menu, but pretty reliable for both food and cocktails. Brussels sprouts (when in season) and sticky date cake are great.

Part of the restaurant's push for sustainability are nose-to-tail practices: Colonie recently switched to entirely sourcing its beef from a small farm in Pennsylvania and butchering the cows in-house. Leer más

Share small plates (the egg salad crostini is rich with lardo but not overwhelming), get a pasta, and split the Bavette (steak). Save space for the sticky date cake, it's moist, sugary, and amazing!

Killer brunch, the duck hash is the most popular item for a reason. Sit at the bar, get a bartender to make you a custom cocktail, anything with bourbon.

I had the Empire State Sour cocktail, yum :) The House Ricotta was delicious. The Pork Chop was a bit too salty for me, but my friend really enjoyed the Butcher's Cut. End with Sticky Date Cake!

Menu consists of comforting, familiar fare, nothing too weird, but prepared with care and attention to detail. Love the high ceilings and open kitchen. Attractive, non-snarky staff. Two thumbs up. <3

Spaghetti and crostini are good, but for a place w oysters - they only offer one kind for a 1/2 dozen order. Who does that? Skip the grilled salad. Heard brunch is good, not worth hype for dinner.

Some of the brunch dishes, like the poached egg and salad thing, are tiny. Like, appetizer-tiny. If you're hungry definitely ask about portion sizes before u order. Good food tho.
