    Fantastic flavors abound! Try the avocado kiwi margarita paired with the ceviche. Then maybe work your way to the pork chop.

    Gemma is a fantastic blend of traditional Texan and Italian sensibilities. The pork chop was excellent and the service was impeccable.

    The Pappardelle is super amazing. The waiter didn't even mention it as a best dish, but order it anyway. It was the best dish at our table. And yes, the fig and Gouda scones are very good also.
