Perfect spot in the city for a run or walking your dog. It's about 6 or 7 miles if you go out and back. You can stop at the Katy Trail Icehouse for a bite to eat or cold beverage during your trek.

Plenty of parking at Reverchon park! Direct access to Katy Trail. The "Ice House" is less than 1/2 a mile away from Reverchon. Water fountains throughout Trail (even for dogs). Great people watching!

This is a nice flat trail going through Dallas. However it's more of a running meat market of the wannabes of Dallas.

This is almost exactly the midpoint of the trail, so it's about a 3.5 mile round trip in either direction.

Great place to park- lots of street parking & you'll start on the northmost end. 7 miles total if you go to AA & back. The first 3/4 mile is usually a lot less crowded than the rest of the trail.

Good place to run or bike in the shade but a tough place to walk a dog because of those obstacles. Not much to look at either with hedges on each side.

Look for the parrots near Knox crossing- they've built a huge nest in electrical towers and are often flying about if you stop and look!

If going north to south, remember the trail has a long gentle slope, so the way back north will be an uphill slog.

Not ideal for cycling due to shortness of trail and congestion (walkers, dogs, strollers, etc) and narrowness of trail. Much safer and can get better cycling workout at White Rock Lake.
