    Afterward, go to doors at either end of lobby and take the stairs. It's not fancy, but metal evacuation stairs are the fastest way out to Grove or Van Ness. (It's fully allowed.)

    The Terrace seats (behind the orchestra) exceeded my expectations. Great being able to see the conductor's work up close!

    E-13E-15 and E-17 are together seats. Odd numbers on the left and even numbers on the right

    I really liked the oak smell in the hall, not sure if it is done on purpose or it is naturally coming from the furniture in the hall

    You can pre-order drinks (before the performance) at the 1st and 2nd tier bar so they'll be waiting at a table for you during intermission.

    Terrace seats are great for programs that don't feature soloists. Otherwise, sit in the main theater, as you won't be able to hear the solo.

    order your drinks for intermission BEFORE the concert starts, and they'll be waiting for you at a table. Then you can people watch to your heart's content.

    The acoustics are not on par with the best concert halls in the world. It's a shame that such a good orchestra has a mediocre hall.

    Go for tickets in the second tier. They are great seats and it's a heck of a stair work out to get all the way up there.
