The tasting menu is fascinating but you will then need to go somewhere to actually eat! Go for a la carte and there is more food.

Didn't bother with the tasting menu - the a la carter portions are way bigger, and you can get 10 or so selections and drinks for half the price. EVERYTHING is amazing, especially the ceviche!

We had the Fujiyama Menu and enjoyed the Japanese dishes. Their interpretation of a xiao long bao was slightly off the mark. The Peruvian dishes were just too, too salty.

SUBLIME... That simple. I think it is worth every coin I spent. It's not just eating or trying something new, it's THE experience of eating (in this case Nikkei cuisine: half japanese, half peruvian).
