Wonderful staff, they mad our stay enjoyable. Housekeeping lady was really nice and made sure things are organized the way we liked it. As far of location, u can't beat that !! Cheers.

Try and order biscuits with your tea. I dare you. You'll get a sniffy "Your tea comes with a square of chocolate". A 1cm square of chocolate is not equal to having biscuits with your tea. #BadForm

Really nice staff. They were very accommodating to my 2 year old. Amazing location. All in all made my London trip perfect.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had a room upfront during the weekend and no noise at all. I will be back here for sure.

Day staff is friendly and attentive. Night staff looks like they would want to work somewhere else. They suck and I have been here for 4 days and nights
