Just hit the top floor on the elevator, and then BAM rooftop bar.

Jen MartinMayo 8, 2013DO NOT GO HERE! This place is dingy and dirty and the one bathroom is filthy. Drinks aren't cheap and the staff is rude and nasty. Lame view as well. Go to the Metro on w 35th St, it's way better.
