Opened a mo. ago. tan tan ramen is the signature noodle. Tried that, natch. Choose your own noodle (wavy for me). Great rich broth & noodle bite. Onsen egg was good though could've been warmer.

You'll find creative takes on the traditional ramen varieties, such as the Dancing Spicy Ramen, with fried calamari, chashu, soft-boiled egg, and fried garlic. Cash only.

Great Ramen spot without all the frills and fancy of some of the well-known places in the city. The gyoza is a must try.

This place is SO-OO good! The gyoza is phenomenal and the shoyu ramen is delicious... so was the kimchi fried rice! Ah simply delicious! If you have time to stop and check it out definitely do so!

Great ramen, but don't waste your money on the pork bun. $7 for 2 buns with a quarter sized pulled pork. Plenty of other places in East Village for the perfectly prepared pork belly in a soft bun.

Awesome neighborhood spot that really stepped up their game since opening. Tan Tan 6 is my go-to. It's a bit spicy with tender bamboo shoots and a nicely done soft boiled egg.

Solid ramen shop. Great lunch specials. Go with thin noodles. Super cute and friendy waitress. One thing I would change would make the pork slices bigger or give me two instead of one.

Great lunch specials. I've had shio, shoyu and tonkotsu and they are all excellent. Gyoza is fresh and NOT frozen-- extremely tasty!

Skip the buns, but get the meat gyozas- better ones I've had! And the seafood chanpon broth is rich but light. Get it!

$9.50 lunch specials during weekends. Includes salad, ramen, and app. Nuff said. Ramen was 7/10, not steamy and hot as hoped for.

dancing spicy ramen- perfect classic ramen with bonus spicy calamari. no brainer.

Got the Dancing Spicy Ramen, not that spicy but pretty solid. If you want something a little different and complex, this is it.
