I've bought a lot of camera gear here over the years. I asked whether I could have a discount as a loyal customer and I was given a 5% discount off all my purchases. Not bad.
The largest camera store in the Southern Hemisphere apparently. Remember to checkout the Museum hidden at the back of the second floor

Good collection of tripods, miscellaneous accessories, and camera bags. Stuff are a bit pricey though..

When it's busy, don't bother waiting for someone - save the hassle of a long wait and come back later.
