The rental car counters are right next to baggage claim, so you can go get your car while you wait for the luggage. By the time you are done, your luggage is there.

Best airport ever! You only need to arrive an hour before your flight. They also have free wifi!!

This is the easiest airport to travel through. Just wish more airlines & flights came here. As a business traveler who lives in srq i prefer using this airport than tampa.

SRQ is the sweetest airport ever! Easy parking. Short lines for check-in, up 1 escalator to TSA, and go to your gate (there are only 14)!

So easy to get in and out of this small airport. Much more convenient than flying into Tampa
Don PantsAgosto 16, 2011Be sure to enjoy watching TSA take away canes from poor little elderly men and molest them after they scan underneath your clothes and take a picture of your jubblys :)- Unbelievable that Dunkin' Donuts is located OUTSIDE security. What good is that for anyone departing? Starbucks is in the gate area, but, well, it's Starbucks.
Small little airport so much easier to deal with than Tampa.
